Tennis and Basketball Courts

The tennis and basketball courts are open year round for the use and enjoyment of all Home Owners, their direct family, tenants and guests.


​As with the pool,  use of the Tennis/Basketball courts must conclude at 8:00PM.

Weeding Update

A successful weeding treatment was completed on 6/3/2024 by Pond Connections. This was done to manage the high level of weeds in the lake and make the lake more enjoyable for all.

Board Meeting 

There will be a Board meeting held on Saturday July 6, 2024 at 10 am. It will be held in person at the Boathouse. We welcome all members to join us, particularly new members. An agenda will be sent to all members prior to the meeting.

The Pool is Open for 2024!


Click Here for Rules from the LJ HOA Board with the Board of Health and NYS Regulations. Copies of these rules are posted at the pool, which is open through Labor day for the enjoyment of all Homeowners, their direct family, guests and renters. The pool is open daily until 8 pm. 

Approval Requests

If you are looking to have a tree removed, install a new dock, have some landscaping approved, need outdoor home modifications/shed approved or need a boat sticker- CLICK HERE for the form you can use to request these things. This form can also be used to request after hours work approval.
