Refundable deposit: $100.00 (returned if the Boat House is clean and all trash is bagged and removed from the facility and beach area)
Porta John: Required for parties larger than 10 people (renter's responsibility)

I acknowledge the rental fee of $200, cleaning fee of $80, and refundable deposit of $100. I understand the deposit is returned only if the Boat House is left clean with all trash bagged and removed. I will provide a Porta John if my party exceeds 10 people.

Guest Boat Details

All outside boats require board approval and must be cleaned with a board member present before entering the lake.

Must adhere to size limits — no boat may exceed 16 feet in length. No motorboats are allowed.

Must be within the rental season (May 1 – October 15). A board member must be present to supervise cleaning.

Required Agreements (must check all)

I understand that external boat day passes must be explicitly approved by the Lake Joseph Board. I agree that all outside boats will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly (including the bottom) using a gallon sprayer with Clorox or an approved disinfectant. I understand a board member MUST be present during this cleaning. I agree to adhere to all Lake Joseph rules, including fishing regulations. I understand that strictly no motorboats are permitted and no boat may exceed 16 feet in length. I agree to prohibit excessive noise and unruly or dangerous behavior. I understand that at the request of a board member, the day pass can be suspended.
